By using renewable energy sources such as hydropower, wind, and solar power in combination with highly efficient electrolysis technology, the production of “Hydro Low-Carbon Aluminium” emits a maximum of 4.0 kg CO2 per kg of aluminium. This equals only a quarter of the global average and is an important step towards a more sustainable future.
Not only is “Hydro Low-Carbon Aluminium“ verified according to ISO 14064 by DNV-GL, it is also endorsed by an environmental product declaration. With this conscious choice of environmentally friendly materials, PLANLICHT is making an important contribution to a sustainable future.
